The 5 Steps that will transform your body faster than anything else.

1. Make the time
2. Create a Plan
3. Gather Materials
4. Cook for Success
5. Shoot for consistency

Sounds simple doesn’t it? Maybe a little tooooo simple ?

This next set of content is THE “secret” to getting into the best shape of your life.

This isn’t the fastest or easiest way to lose weight. It’s the most effective, efficient and LASTING way to get FIT and live HEALTHY.

 

Let’s dive on in and take a closer look at the 5 steps now…

1. Make the Time

 

“Im just too busy.” That’s a load of CRAP! When I hear this from people I hear, “I’m selfish and value other things waaaay more  than living a long, healthy & energized life for my loved ones.”

woah…heavy stuff! but hey it’s the truth…I like to build my relationships around truth & love.

Trust me you have the time, you just gotta make it. We ALL have the same 24hrs, 7 days a week, 12 months outta the year. Sometimes you just have to remind yourself that somewhere out there, there is a Latina running her own business, has 5 kids, is an active volunteer in local community events and somehow still MAKES time to invest in her health.

 

2. Create a Plan

“When you fail to plan you plan to fail”

In this case I’m referring to creating a meal plan. Results are made in the KITCHEN! Nutrition changes your body from the inside out. Make the time to create a healthy Meal Plan.

This one leads to sooooooo many questions. What is healthy?  How much do I eat?  When do I eat?  How do I stay consistent when I travel?  If these are the type of questions flooding your mind then I HIGHLY encourage you to join me for a Fit Latinas Challenge. 3. Gather Materials

 

Once you’ve made the time to create your meal plan…it’s SHOPPING time! That’s right, permission to shop!!! Here’s a Jeopardy questions for ya…

She keeps junk food out of her house and keeps healthy food in her fridge, cupboards and panty…what is she?

Did you guess!?

Yes! You’re right!

The answer is, What is a Fit Latina! [ wait should I end that in a questions mark?] no se

 

 

4. Cook for Success 

21 Day Fix Meal Prep

IMO, Meal Prep is THE key to healthy living! Aim to meal prep for 3-5 days in advance.

I have chicas who tell me, “Stef, la cosa es que I don’t have time to meal prep,” oh honey…you don’t have time because you don’t Meal Prep. Period. Trust. Meal Prepping will save you TIME, ENERGY and will totally reduces stress in your life!

 

5. Be Consistent [ you’re almost at the end, stay with me!!!] 

consistency“What you do every day matters more than what you do every once in a while.”

Consistency is absolute KEY to creating a lifelong healthy lifestyle and ultimately becoming that Fit Latina you KNOW lies within. Repeat steps 1-4 week to week to week.

Small, Smart Choices + Consistency + Time = RADICAL DIFFERENCE

 

Let’s say you take steps 1-4, the component that will bring it all together is finding an accountability partner or support group [ *cough* a Fit Latinas Challenge group ] to hold you accountable.
