It took me a few years to open up to the idea. It smells gross and it tastes just like it smells. Hear me out though, I HIGHLY recommend it!!!

I haven’t gotten sick in over 3 years!!!!

Ok so different things come into play. My diet in the sense of what I eat every day is balanced (40% carbs: 30%protein: 30%fat), I drink ShakeO every single day, I sweat at least 6x per week and I cleanse at least once every 3 months…

I also drink 2 capfuls of Apple Cider Vinegar every morning.

So what are the Benefits of Apple Cider Vinegar? I’ve done the research for you mostly because I was determined to convince my mom to drink it daily. She’s a stubborn little lady so the more research I backed it up with the more convincing I could be.
