I’m not big on juicing and well actually don’t even own a juicer. These recipes would (im sure) be even more BOMB! with a juicer but my NutriBullet whipped some good results. So juicer or blender these recipes will get the job done with either kitchen gadget

 

Carrot smoothie“Zing” recipe!

2/3 cup sliced green apple

1 small carrot

2 medium celery stalks

2 slices of ginger!

 

I personally LOVE adding carrots to all things shakes & smoothies!

1/2 cup sliced beets

1 small carrot

2 medium celery stalks

2 slices of ginger!

Super yummy! Beets are a GREAT energy source! Beet sweetness + spicy ginger = DELISH!

 

Orange-Kale-Green-Smoothie_PS_2“Kalange” recipe!

1 cup chopped raw kale

1/3 cup ray orange segments

2 slices raw ginger

If you haven’t kaled yet, DO IT! Does a body real good.
