Every year thousands of us Beachbody coaches fly out to our annual Coach Summit. This year we’re slipping into our countrywear (ok maybe not) and hitting up the Music City…Nashville, TN!!!

As the 3 BIG days approach, coaches are BUSTING butt to reach their fitness goals. Not only because there will be TONS of fit people everywhere but because of the LIVE workouts with Shaun T, Tony Horton, Autumn Calabrese & Chalene Johnson. I caaaan’t waaaaaaiiiiiit!!!!!

As far as nutrition goes, I follow the 21 Day Fix eating plan and have followed it since February 2014. This is the program we use for my Fit Latinas Challenge Groups.
Step 1 :
Identify the recommended Daily Portions.
Step 2 :
Create a Meal Plan you can STICK to!
Meal 1: Egg whites & turkey scramble ( 1 red, 1 green)
Meal 2: Tropical Shakeology (1 red, 1 purple, 2 tsp.)
Meal 3: Chicken fajitas, papas y aguacate ( 1 red, 1 yellow, .5 blue)
Meal 4: Kale Side Salad (1 red, 1 green, 1 orange)
Meal 5: Green Taco w/ aguacate (1 red, 1 green, .5blue)
Step 3 :
Grocery Shopping + Meal Prep
A few hours on Sunday go a LOOOOONG way during the week. Trust me it will lead to MORE TIME, LESS STRESS, HIGHER ENERGY & GREAT RESULTS!

Do you pre-cook all your food at the beginning of the week? Does it stay fresh all week?
Yes! I cook it ALL. My Food Containers keep my food fresh from Sunday night till Friday night. This works for me and I’ve been doing it for 3 years now.
Do you get bored of eating the same thing every day?
Truthfully…Sometimes. Ray & I eat the same thing every day and typically stick to a 1 week meal plan for at least 2 weeks. We make little trade offs here and there throughout the week like turkey for chicken or broccoli for brussels sprouts. At the end of the day our #1 goal is to get results.
Do you ever cook a nice warm meal and eat it right after? Of course! Mostly on Sundays for Breakfast and the occasional Home Cooked Romantic dinner for two.
What’s up with the colors at the end (yellow, red, purple)?
The colored containers are the meal portions used in 21 Day Fix/21 Day Fix EXTREME. I use them to measure all my food. This is the program I coach all of my challengers through.
